Main responsibilities include:
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across the globe, including product management, development and key stakeholders in the USA to deliver cutting edge products for the bank’s internal use.
• Communicating design strategies to assist with product development and goals while mentoring the team’s Junior designer
• Overseeing all aspects of the design process, including creating and maintaining unified design systems for various desktop and mobile apps.

Taking a key part in shaping the experience of Torq’s No-Code security automation Saas product – from rethinking its design vision, to building a cohesive and unified design system, to turning deep user challenges into simple flows and elegant screens.
Main responsibilities include:
• Re-envisioning the company’s product design follwing a business pivot.
• Creating a new design system on Figma that will act as a single source of truth to both designers and developers.
• Constantly re-evaluating the designs based on real users data, in tandem with the Product Mangement team.
